Premier League news: Golden Boy shortlist revealed, Liverpool face Man City, transfer and Man City case latest

Arsenal and England midfielder Myles Lewis-Skelly has been included in the 25-man shortlist for this year's Golden Boy award.[1] For Liverpool, Andoni Iraola has made an unbeaten start as boss, and the team will face Manchester City in a key clash at Anfield on Sunday.[2] In the transfer market, Arsenal forward Noni Madueke is attracting interest from clubs in Spain and Italy, five Premier League clubs are interested in Barcelona defender Jules Kounde, and England captain Harry Kane is close to signing a new deal with Bayern Munich.[3] In club news, Jamie Carragher, speaking at the Legends of Football awards, called for a quick resolution to the Manchester City case; the club denies any wrongdoing and has launched an appeal.[4] Carragher also said that if Manchester City's appeal fails, the punishment should last for "years".[5] In addition, Monday Night Club discussed the benefits of players moving abroad, the England team, Alex Scott's injury and Robbie Savage's new job.[6]
